. Message of the Day .
This is our duty to ensure continuation of the change in the society. We need to contribute to the possible extent in the change to pay off the debt to our forefathers. They worked hard to bring us up to the present stage from Amoeba but before indulging in the transformation of existing society, we must understand certain facts to avoid frustration and ensure the best possible results of our efforts. Fundamentals of humanity, known as instincts, can never be changed. Fear, anger, shyness, curiosity, affection, love, jealousy, envy, rivalry, sociability, sympathy, modesty, imitation, constructiveness, secretiveness and acquisitiveness can only be exploited or refined. Most of our activities in the society are based either on sexual interaction or to earn profits. During the process, most of the gainer keep quiet where as the sufferer intends to fight for the finish.
. History of Mankind-3 .
There have been various theories related to the birth of mankind on this planet. Mostly first and accepted one is the creation by the Almighty. According to this theory, all the different forms of life that occur today on planet earth have been created by God, the almighty. Adam and Eve were, according to the Book of Genesis, Bible and Quran the first man and woman created by the God. Life on earth began from them according to Christians, Muslims and Jews. These three religions have a common agreement on the fact God created the universe in seven days, reserving for his sixth-day labor the climax of creation: man and woman. On the seventh day God rests and so establishes the holiness of the Sabbath. God fashioned a man from the dust and blows the breath of life into his nostrils, then planted a garden (the Garden of Eden) and caused to grow in the middle of the garden the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life. God set the man in the garden “to work it and watch over it,” permitting him to eat from all the trees in the garden except the Tree of Knowledge, “for on the day you eat of it you shall surely die.”
. Today’s History .

Important Events:
1976 —Tusshar Kapoor, Hindi film actor, was born
1969 — Shilpa Shirodkar, Indian actress, was born
The ‘Tiger of Mysore’ Tipu Sultan, who bravely fought the British and was known for introducing innovative administrative schemes and military technology, was born on November 20, 1750, in Devanahalli (around 33 km north of present-day Bengaluru).
Tipu’s father, Hyder Ali, who served as a military officer at the Mysore kingdom, became the most powerful person in Mysore by 1761. Tipu’s mother, Fatima Fakhr-un-Nisa, was the daughter of the governor of Kadapa Fort. As a child Tipu learnt several languages, including Hindustani, Arabic and Kannada, and was trained in military aspects such as shooting and fencing. French officers employed by Hyder Ali taught military tactics to a young Tipu, who as a teenager participated in the First Mysore War of 1766 against the British and the campaign of 1767.
In 1780, a force led by Tipu vanquished Colonel Baillie in the Battle of Pollilur. On February 18, 1782, Tipu defeated Colonel Braithwaite at Annagudi, seizing all British guns and taking several prisoners. Hyder Ali fell seriously ill in the middle of the Second Anglo-Mysore War and died in December 1782. Dashing British hopes of a chaotic transition of power, Tipu Sultan became the ruler of Mysore on December 22, 1782.
The Second Anglo-Mysore War dragged on through 1783 and into the early part of 1784. The British eventually accepted defeat, and signed the Treaty of Mangalore in March 1784. This treaty is significant as it would mark the last time that an Indian ruler would dominate the British so much that he could dictate terms to them.
Despite these impressive victories against the British, Tipu realised that the East India Company was no ordinary power. In fact, amongst all the rulers in India, Tipu arguably was the only one who understood the true nature of the British threat. Accordingly, he not only took steps to modernise his military but sent diplomatic missions to foreign nations — from the Ottoman Turks to France — to explore the possibilities of an alliance against the British. Though none of these grand alliances eventually materialised (the French at best provided some local support in India), the tantalising possibility of thwarting British expansionistic designs in India in the late 18th century got its clearest strategic expression in Tipu’s military and diplomatic manoeuvres.
In 1787, Tipu sent emissaries to Istanbul to the Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid I, asking for soldiers and military experts to fight the British. However, the Ottomans had just finished one major war and were embroiled in another, and didn’t want to antagonise another major power, Britain. So the sultan could not come to Tipu’s aid. However, despite this setback, Tipu did not give up hope and continued pursuing the diplomatic track with the Ottoman empire.
An equally interesting attempt was made to find a common cause with France. But France was in turmoil because of the French Revolution and could not help Tipu. Continuing his father’s foreign policy, Tipu also maintained contacts with other important powers such as the Persians and the Sultanate of Oman. In India, though the Mughal empire was a pale shadow of its former self, Tipu was respectful towards the Mughals.
Tipu also fought with the Marathas but suffered setbacks. He tried to capture some Maratha forts in south India, resulting in a war against the Marathas in which Tipu was defeated. He was forced to give back Maratha territories captured by Mysore and make a payment to buy peace.
The third Anglo-Mysore War between 1789 and 1792 proved successful for the British, who allied with the Marathas. Tipu was forced to sign a treaty, giving away half his territory, and his two minor sons were held captive till he paid a hefty ransom.
In 1798, French general Napoleon Bonaparte invaded Egypt. Napoleon’s plan was to use Egypt as a base to link with Indian kings like Tipu and drive out the British from India. This strategy, in Napoleon’s mind, would pave the way for a French invasion of India. It, however, did not materialise.
Meanwhile, the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War would prove to be Tipu’s last. Led by Richard Wellesley, Earl of Mornington, who was determined to end Tipu’s reign and make way for total British domination of India, the East India Company gathered a mighty force of 50,000 against Tipu’s 30,000 defenders. On May 4, 1799, the British entered Mysore’s capital, Seringapatam, breaking through the city’s walls. Tipu Sultan was slain while defending the city.
Tipu was a great believer in modern military technology. He further developed the Mysore rockets and strengthened his navy. He also built roads, introduced new coinage and promoted silk production and trade. There has been some controversy over Tipu’s treatment of Hindus and Christians. While some historians and scholars have praised the inclusive nature of his rule, others point to alleged atrocities committed against certain religious groups. It is perhaps unhelpful to look at Tipu Sultan through the lens of modern sensibilities. In any case there is little doubt that he was a courageous ruler who against tremendous odds relentlessly fought the greatest power of his times.

Distorted and damaged Sikh History-2
Page 221-15 M 1: Jaisa Ghar bahar so Taisa II Bais Gufa Meh Akhu Kaisa....Sagar Dughar Nirbau aisa.. ( The Eternal Lord is the same within and without. How can I describe or recognize him by sitting in a Cave? Likewise is the fearless Lord in the depths of oceans and heights of mountains......) On page 922-11 M 3: write in Anand Sahib "Har jeo Gufa Andar Rakh Kai Vaja Pavan Vajaiya II Nau Duarai Pargat Keeai Dasva Guat Rakhiya II ....one may read the whole Sabd and it refers to Mind, Brain Surat and not any CAVE or DEN in any basement. All Sikh Guru Sahibs practised Kirat, Vand Chako and Naam Japo (Remembrance of Supreme Reality with every breath, and not sitting in CAVES because that is against Gurbani teachings. Guru Sahib Worked hard, they travelled far and wide to spread the message of TRUTH. They took care of Sick and diseased. No Guru Ji ever sat in Caves because that is not the way of Life prescribed by Guru Sahib. It is regrettable that jathedars of SGPC, Derawalas etc are preaching anti Gurbani teachings !!! A Sikh is supposed to Remember The Supreme Creator at all times and Deem the Cave of Equipoise his Real Home ( page 939-16 m 1:) Kabir Ji on page 1103-7 says "Jatta Bhasam Laipen Keea Kaha Guffa Meh Baasu..." ( Of What Avail Is It To Wear Matted Hair,,To Besmear The Body With Ashes And Dwelling In The CAVE ?...Read answer in SGGS Ji). A lot more can be written about this UNSIKH practises now promoted by SGPC jathedars and Derawalas. They are always downgrading the Sikh Values given to us by our Beloved Guru Sahibs.
C )The Sikhs prepared the Nanakshhi Calendar that was approved in 2003 and was in force for SEVEN years. This was indicative of Freedom of Sikh Nation from the shackles of Hinduism and the fanaticism of derawalas. The Fanatic H.S.Dhuma and Makkar played a big FRAUD on Sikh Nation by Introducing Bikrami Calendar in 2010 fraudulently putting the BURKA of NANAKSHAHI over this highly inaccurate and anti Gurbani Calendar that was in reality, "DHUMAKKARSHAHI CALENDAR". This was the biggest TREASON against Sikh Nation by the SGPC and its jathedars. I wrote two letters to SGPC in 2015 on the subject of Nanakshhi Calendar -2003 Why, When & Where, but no response has been received so far. Should the Sikhs call SGPC a responsible outfit that does not even respond to letters requesting answers ?
D)The appointment of Competent Jathedars and a clear transparent mandate with listed qualifications was discussed in Ottawa with the then Secretary of SGPC followed by a five page letter to him to remind him about the obligations of SGPC to the Sikh Nation. Regrettably that Mr. Dhindsa joined the political Akalies to do nothing. This resulted in Jathedars and SGPC head making decisions that were not in accordance with Gurbani Teachings and accurate professional assessment of matters at hand. Due to their failure to heed the advice SGPC & its jathedars have lost all their TRUST and are not capable of making any proper decisions on behalf of the Sikhs at large. Now Akalies have been kicked out of power, it appears they would use SGPC even more for their selfish ends because they will not be able to harness the government funds to enrich their already overflowing coffers.
E)There are two major conflicts that are driving a wedge and are an Obstacle in the unity of the Khalsa Panth. Some of these are almost more than a century old. These two problems must concern Sikhs that the fanatic elements in the community are ignoring the major concern that indicate that our Guru Sahibs were some kind of Plagiarist when it comes to Ragmala and Bachitar Natak alias Dasam Granth attributed to the Most Fair Name of Sahibai Kamal Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji ?
There are many more unanswered questions that need to be answered. But even the lice do not creep on the ears of SGPC jathedars under the boot of the selfish Rulers. Meanwhile the Sikh Nation continue to suffer

FOR Your CONSIDERATION:
Piare Sardar Sahib ji:
Waheguru ji ka Khalsa,
Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
I have to say that following in response to your write up:
(i)the Sikhs are beggers,
(ii) Sikhs do not depend on others, (ii) the real democracy that exists in the world is in the Guru Khalsa Panth and no where else,
(iii) please read about yourself and the Guru Khalsa Panth,
(iv) today even, the Guru Khalsa Panth feeds more than 300,000 hungry mouths at their only one place, that is, the Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar ji, (iv) unfortunately, the Sikhs are not aware and do not know about their own history, which they have to read and remember,
(v) you have so much enriched history, culture and institutions that you have to be the Master of your destiny,
(vi) simply ignore and give hell to the Hanera Sinh Badal and clan, Amarinder of Patiala, Majithias, and likewise,
(vii) Sikhs had never been "subservient" like the Brahmins-Hindus and their evil caste system and so on. You have to protect and save your religion and culture and enriched historical institutions. Above all is the Sikhs' Holy and historical land is the PUNJAB of the 15th August, 1947. Save your land, historical and political institutions as soon as you can. Today's Auregzebs are the Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins. Get rid of them to save the future of the Guru Khalsa (means SOVEREIGN) Panth alias the Sikh nation PUNJAB. Here, the Sikhs have to develop their own leadeship and stand under the Nishan Sahib. Rest you may think more than I do. Best wishes.
